What to include

To make a technical issue easier to reproduce, include the page URL, the PDF filename, what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and the browser or tool you used. If the problem involves a file download, include the status code or error message if you have it.

samplepdf.org exists so people can test document workflows without using real private records. Please do not email passports, medical records, financial statements, customer documents, passwords, API keys, or other sensitive material. A description of the problem and the relevant sample filename is usually enough.

Scope

We can correct content and files published on samplepdf.org. We cannot provide support for third-party PDF products, recover damaged personal documents, make legal or medical determinations, or guarantee how an external browser, converter, email provider, or upload service will process a PDF.
